Our workout for today is a legs strength workout where we will work through 12 lower body strength exercises for our quads and hamstrings after a warm up . We will complete 3 rounds of each strength movement for 45 seconds with 15 seconds rest in straight set format so you can challenge yourself more each round of the exercise. Our finisher will be slider work and squat jumps every 5 seconds for the last 45 seconds. I used anywhere from my 15 pound dumbbells up to my 30 pound dumbbells for this workout. I also used my bench for split squats and my glute resistance bands. The exercises: Intro 0:00-1:18 Warm Up: 1:19-4:16 1. Goblet Squat with Pause at Bottom 4:17-7:02 2. 2 Pulse Lunges and Knee Drive 7:03-10:16 3. Plie Squat with 3 Calf Raises 10:17-13:33 4. Dumbbell Deadlift to Calf Raise 13:34-16:47 5. Forward Lunge to Curtsy Lunge 16:48-20:05 6. Slider Reverse Lunge 20:06-23:33 7. Slider Lateral Lunge 23:34-26:48 8. Step Ups 26:49-30:03 9. Lunge Squat Lunge Box 30:04-33:33 10. Hamstring Curls 33:34-37:02 11. Slider "Sydney Says" 37:03-40:31 12.
