Insanely Crispy Japanese Fried Chicken (Chicken Kaarage)
I m sure we are all very familiar with fried chicken at some level. Now Japanese fried chicken is similar but also very different. It s a completely gluten free fried chicken since it s traditionally fried using corn starch as the dredge for the chicken. It has a thin and ultra crispy crust with intensely flavored marinated chicken underneath and is traditionally served with a mayonnaise or aioli for dipping. INSANELY good and INSANELY easy to make.
