Tap with us for a 30 minute full body dumbbell workout that WILL work your full body body! This workout was designed for light weights so you ll need a single dumbbell that is between 3-25lbs. We recommend using multiple dumbbells (if you have them) just in case you need to go lighter or heavier as you progress through the workout. The workout is split into 3 levels and each level will contain 8 exercises that get progressively get harder. If you need modifications to any of the higher levels, regress back to the previous levels for the remainder of the workout.
