I ll try again with a Lambo ;) Giving free rides to people in a Ferrari, mostly at bus stops. Thanks to Niles for letting me borrow his Ferrari F430! Regarding the police officer. In California, front side windows must allow more than 70% of light in. So some level of tint is allowed (up to 30%). I m not sure what the exact tint % is on the Ferrari, but you can clearly see into the vehicle. Even if the tint on the Ferrari exceeds the legal limit, the question is how did he see the supposed illegally tinted windows if they were rolled down? Aside from that, the police officer was respectful and you should always be respectful when interacting with a police officer. I am not a lawyer, so don t take this as any legal advice - but even if you think the cop is wrong for giving you the ticket - it is usually better not to argue, take the ticket, and fight it in court. Once a cop has decided to write you a ticket, there is very little you can do at that point to get out of it - and if you start to argue things may escalate. Take the ticket, be respectful, and fight it in court.
