In a pan, saute butter and veggies then add two eggs. 2. Cook the Minute White Rice Cups in the microwave and add to the pan with soy sauce and cook for 5 minutes on low mixing everything together. 3. In a medium mixing bowl, add the chicken, 1 egg, corn starch, salt, pepper, garlic powder and chili powder. 4. Fry the chicken on a skillet for 8-10 minutes. 5. Remove the chicken and use the oil plus add in red pepper flakes, brown sugar, minced garlic, and cornstarch to thicken it. Stir together. 6. Add in the chicken and coat with the mixture. 7. Remove from the pan, add the rice and top with the chicken. 8.
