Massaman is a heart-warming dish, perfect for this time of year. It’s even better when it’s slow-cooked, bringing the best out of the jackfruit by giving it the time it needs to achieve a rich flavour and succulent texture.  We were lucky enough to be sent a Crock- Pot TimeSelect Digital Slow Cooker (they’re the absolute GOAT of slow cookers, so we were mega chuffed) which is a super clever gizmo that not only saves time and hassle getting dinner ready, but it also works out the best cooking settings depending on your ingredients and meal time. How cool is that?! Even the biggest fan of slow cooked beef will be stunned by the meaty texture of this one and the spice profile of the curry is perfect.
