Object should be about waist high and only about 3 feet deep to start with. Step 2) Progressions monkey up using your speed to pop up. While approaching the object dip your shoulders below the line of the obstacle and then rise up off of one foot and drive your back leg up while your hands plan onto the obstacle and then bring the knees up together. Now land on top of object pushing your self closer to the far edge and eventually dropping into a dash Step 3) Next, you should be able to bring your legs between your arms remembering to lean back and keep you hands down by your waist Step 4) Once you have successfully landed into a dash position catch your body with "Crab" style hands and push yourself past the object. Step 5) As you move past the object push with your hands back into the object resetting your chest back to a running split step position. Please keep in mind there are many paths that you can take to reach the same destination. In these parkour and freerunning tutorials I will be breaking down the movement the way I know how. These are not the flashiest videos, and I do a lot of talking, but please take the time to listen and I am sure you will learn a lot. Thanks for watching and again please FAVORITE, LIKE & SUBSCRIBE!
