Hey Team #everydaywarrior ! Are you ready to workout LIVE with me again? This Workout will be a combination of Strength and Conditioning. We will be using Weights and mix it with bodyweight exercises. The weight of my dumbbells will be 2x 9 kg for your reference. As always: make every workout your own. So feel free to drop weights in between, to swap between different weights, to have more rest and to modify any exercises. I will be talking and guide you a little bit - give you some tips that way we can learn throughout the LIVE seshs and grow even more together as a team.
