Jason Day: How To Make More Bunker Shots | Bunker Play | Golf Digest
PGA Tour golfer Jason Day shows Golf Digest how to make more bunker shots. Transcript: "With bunkers it s a mixture of keeping your head still and getting as low as possible through the lower body, and making the hands through impact consistent. If you look at the great bunker players in the past, when they actually hit their bunker shots their heads stay so level. They re not going up or down. Now, once you go up or down, that brings in a lot of inconsistent shots. You can start digging and you can start hitting a lot of thin shots. The drill that I do use is just draw the line, two practice swings, trying to start the divot on that line with the two practice swings and trying to mimic their consistency with the depth and the size of the divot."
