We re finishing the first dormer, no matter what! What s more, we re building it with lumber that we ve produced from the portable sawmill. After custom fitting the ridge piece and header, we ran out of wood. This meant that I had to hop onto the tractor and retrieve an old spruce log, which is when the trouble began.
