Who s Paying for THIS?? (Nissan Altima No-Throttle P0222/P0605)

Got called in to a shop for a second opinion on a 2012 Nissan Altima with NO THROTTLE response. DTCs P0605 and P0222 are present. A few weeks after the diagnosis the shop could not get the key fob or VIN programmed into the immobilizer of the replacement ECM from FLAGSHIP ONE. UH OH. I have to do a follow-up visit and see why the replacement ECM is NOT HAPPY. WHO PAYS for the wasted diagnostics and programming when the shop receives a BAD PART?? And now the customer is still without a car...not a good scenario!
