Today is a power glutes workout so be ready to get your burn on! This workout consists of 20 glute exercises with your glute resistance bands for 50 seconds each. I used my light band but you can use the strength that suits you! Don t forget to take these exercises nice and slow to feel that glute activation and advance your glute band strength as time goes on! Let me know what you thought of this workout!
