Here is one of our favorite go-to workouts when our time is a bit limited at the gym. This series is great if you re looking to build muscle, strength, power, and endurance! Also, if you hate doing boring, steady-state cardio, this is a great alternative that will not only boost your endurance but will also help burn body fat as well. We ve seen some great physical results from doing this circuit 1-2 times per week so try it out and challenge yourself to increase the resistance/reps/sets every week!
