Cheesy, melty, stringy vegan mozzarella, coated in crispy breadcrumbs. So good. These can be baked also. Place them on greaseproof paper & bake in an oven set at 180 degrees so for 25 minutes. PLEASE scrunch up the used cling film & place it in your recycling bin. If you can t recycle, do not use cling film. In future I will make sure I create recipes that don t use things like cling film.
