#offgrid #logcabin #woodworking I m finally getting back to renovating the sleeping loft in the off grid log cabin, and building free wood railings with wood found in the forest is the first step. I use a drawknife to carve spindles from sugar maple and striped maple and insert them into a split maple hand rail. I install a DIY barnboard wall to shield the loft from the hot pipe from the wood stove. In a future video, I will continue with the barn board enclosure and build closets and drawers for clothes storage and other necessities for off grid living. Thanks for watching!
