Massive Mexican Burrito Supreme Challenge!!

A&Z #960 - Randy Santel "Atlas" vs Riviera s Massive Mexican Burrito Supreme Challenge at Riviera Mexican Restaurant & Cantina in Crystal River, Florida on the Nature Coast!! Katina and I decided to kick off our 2021 food challenge touring in Florida, and our February Florida Tour turned into a February & March Florida Tour!! I attempted lots of food challenges all over the state of Florida. For food challenge #43, we traveled to Crystal River, Florida on the Nature Coast so I could attempt the 6lb Massive Mexican Burrito Supreme Challenge at Riviera Mexican Restaurant & Cantina. I had a one sitting time limit to feast on 4 large burrito tortillas filled with 1/2 chicken and 1/2 ground beef plus Cilantro Lime Rice, Spanish Rice, black beans, refried beans, and plenty of shredded cheese. The base burrito itself weighed 6lbs, not including the toppings smothering it - 4 ladles of queso sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream. I was trying to win my $30 burrito supreme meal free plus a spot on Riviera s Wall of Fame. Thanks to everyone with Riviera Mexican Restaurant & Cantina for the amazing food, drinks, desserts, and hospitality!!
