Psychologist Jo Hemmings analyses Prince Harry, what he says in his book Spare and how he has acted in his media appearances around the tell-all. In her psychological analysis Jo says Prince Harry felt the need to get all of his truth out there but she says while he didn t intend to harm anyone, the fallout from the book has been destructive. She says while the book could be a cry for help, Harry didn t intend it to be. In his interview with Tom Bradby Jo says Harry is full of contradictions and is suffering from a Messiah Complex and he believes he is the only person who can save the Royal Family. While Harry says he wants a reconciliation with his family, Jo says all he has done is ensure the Royal Family will not apologise and cannot "seriously be expecting a reconciliation".
