Vinyasa Yoga Quickie Core is for all levels and requested by Pa Moua and nz5041. This is a shorter class to squeeze in when you don t have a lot of time. This class strengthens the core muscles including the low belly, abs, side abs, hip flexors, and low to mid back muscles. I hope you enjoy it!!
