This workout consists of 12 sports themed cardio exercises that we will perform for 30 seconds at a time and 15 seconds rest. We will complete each exercise 4 times and all you need is some space on your mat! I used my bench for modifications for mountain climbers as I am 27 weeks pregnant in this workout! The exercises: 1. basketball slides with quad tap and hands up 2. Basketball lay ups 3. Basketball rebound and pivot 4. football 5 high knees and floor tap 5. Football rotating Pop Squats 6.
