As Virginia Giuffre s $500,000 Deal Is Unsealed: What s Next For Prince Andrew?| This Morning

A confidential agreement between Virginia Giuffre and Jeffrey Epstein was unsealed by a court in New York yesterday. In the deal, which was made public for the first time, Ms Giufree agreed not to pursue legal action against anyone connected to Epstein who could be described as a ‘potential defendant’. Lawyers for Prince Andrew are expected to argue that the agreement protects the Duke of York against accusations of sexual assault brought by Ms Giuffre, and will be grounds for the lawsuit’s dismissal.
