We will be combining lots of KB Exercises with Bodyweight Exercises again - I loved this combo! So intense and effective. 🔥 Make surr to maintain a proper form as always, especially at all the swings. Rather use less weight. Use your hips a lot, all the power comes from the explosion of the hips. Don t go too deep into a squat, lower back stays straight. The KB I used: 12 kg for your reference. Please make sure to choose your weight wisely - leave your ego at the door. There are quite some exercises you really need to feel save with the KB / weights as usual.
