I won t lie, I ll be happy to see the back of Veganuary but when I heard that Burgers & More, a restaurant I did a ludicrously tasty food challenge at years ago, was offering a special vegan tower burger challenge to celebrate the launch of their new menu this month, I couldn t really pass it up.
