We will perform 8 reps of each exercises as many rounds as possible in a minute circuit. In this AMRAP workout, you will have two exercises to complete 8 reps of in each 4 minute circuit and you will complete as many rounds as possible in that time. This workout I used my 8, 10, 15, 20, 25. and 30 pound dumbbells today so grab some weights that challenge you in moves that are as light as a tricep kickback and as heavy as a bent row or tricep overhead extension! 1. Shoulder Press 2. Kneeling Wide Row 3. Chest Press 4. bent Row per arm 5. Hammer Curls Alternating 6. Skull Crushers 7. Lateral Shoulder Raise 8. Alt Front Raise Flips 9. Chest Fly 10. Back fly 11. Bicep Curls 12. Tricep Kickbacks 13. Shoulder Press Pulse 8 per arm 14. Chest Press 15. Supermen Pulses 16. Bro Curl pulses kneeling 8 per arm 17. Straight arm push back pulse 18.
