On Sunday, December 16, 2018 my sister Shelley Santel and I traveled to Hawaii for a week-long "end of 2018" celebration. We spent time on three Hawaiian islands: Oahu, Maui, and Lanai. During the trip I attempted seven different food challenges and for challenge #5 on day #4, I attempted The 12-Egg Hawaiian Breakfast "Moose" Omelette Challenge at the Waikiki location of Moose McGillycuddy s Pub & Cafe in Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii. I had 1 hour to finish a 12-egg Hawaiian breakfast omelette filled with meats, peppers, potatoes, onions, and topped with cheeses.
