Get the Billie Jean King s Eye Coach here: https://bit.ly/2DgTP8E -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Club players mishit the ball way more often than pros. Why? Club players look up too early, often times even before they strike the ball. Pros keep their head still for about 1/10th of a second after contact before they look up. Roger Federer even keeps his head still for about 3/10th of a second before he looks up. Keeping your head still around contact is key to maximizing centered, sweet spot hits. In this video OTI Instructor Gregg le Sueur shows you how you can work on correcting this.

In this video lesson, OTI Master Instructor Gregg le Sueur shows you a progression of drills to add massive power and control to your forehand!
