FOAM ROLLING for Legs // Recovery Workout Visit: https://www.heatherrobertson.com After a heavy leg day, a long run or just a busy week foam rolling is a great way to ease sore muscles and aid in recovery. I m running you through a few basic foam roller exercises that you can use between workouts to loosen those tight legs. Work at your own pace and listen to your body and remember to avoid rolling over joints like the knee.
