(This class can also be practiced in the evening as well) The class begins laying down on the ground to connect with the breath. We will move into two variations of bridge pose, a gentle supine twist and then engage the core by rocking up into boat pose. The warm-up continues with rounds of cat/cow, melting heart pose, sphinx, cobra and upward facing dog. Rest in child s pose before moving into the main sequence. Other postures include low lunge, lizard, downward dog and wide legged forward fold. The cool down includes yogi squat, butterfly and seated neck rolls. Enjoy a minute of reflection at the end.
