The most important part of your success with meditation -- that doesn’t get talked about enough! -- is your meditation seat. Before we dive into today’s short practice, make sure you are sitting up on something with your hips higher than your knees so your legs don’t fall asleep, with a blanket under the knees if your knees don’t touch the floor. And remember you can always meditate against a wall, on the edge of a chair, or lying down. Once you’ve found your comfortable meditation position, join me as I guide you through this relaxing and grounding meditation.
