Today’s class is a balance of strengthening sequences and longer holds giving you plenty of time to go deeper into the peak poses. This flow is great for building strength through repetitive movements and boosting your confidence on the mat as you get more familiar with each sequence. You will work your whole body with a combination of strength, endurance, flexibility and mobility.
