This 40 minute full body power vinyasa flow class is strong slow and deep, and will help you to build strength and flexibility while advancing your yoga practice with the subtle teaching cues. Class begins with a brief meditation to ground ourselves and draw the focus inward, we ll bring the awareness to the breath. Then class will shift into an energizing flow to help to heat the body up before we do our strengthening poses. We ll then finish off with some deep stretching once the body is warm and the nervous system willing to calm down and allow for a deep release.
