http://www.nourishmovelove.com/ This 10/20/30 Minute Yoga + HIIT workout consists of 8 exercises; alternating bodyweight, yoga-strength exercises with HIIT exercises for an effective yoga + HIIT workout . Perform the number of repetitions next to each exercise {12 or 20 reps} and repeat the entire workout AMRAP {as many rounds as possible} in 10/20/30 minutes {whatever you have time for}. Optional use of a yoga block to add an extra balance challenge to the workout. 10/20/30 MINUTE YOGA + HIIT WORKOUT: 1. 80/20 Relevè Block Squats - 12 reps per leg 2. Squat Jump + Touch - 20 reps 3. Block Lunges - 12 reps per leg 4. Plyo Lunges - 20 reps 5. Block Push Ups - 12 reps per arm 6. Pop Up + Block Shoulder Raise - 20 reps 7. Single Leg Glute Bridge on Block - 12 reps per leg 8.
