SUPER Simple Tinned Tomato Pesto Pasta

Ingredients: 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp oil from jar of sun dried tomatoes 2 tbsp capers 8 sun dried tomatoes 4 tbsp vegan pesto 1 tsp garlic puree 2 400g tins chopped tomatoes 2 tbsp tomato puree 2 tbsp nutritional yeast ½ tbsp balsamic vinegar Salt, pepper and sugar to taste 500g mafaldine pasta (or and pasta you fancy!)
