Today in our village we cook 100 kg of garfish by fried fish Tawa dried recipe! We first fried fishes in cold pressed gingelly oil then we cook it on the Tawa to make this delicious dried fish fry recipe! In the evening we enjoy this seafood recipe with the sunset!
