"It s Not Racist To DETAIN And ARREST People Carrying Knives", Says Emotional Norman Brennan

Former police officer Norman Brennan tells TalkTV that he doesn t think it is racist to "challenge, seek, detain and arrest" people carrying knives. Speaking to presenter Ian Collins, Mr Brennan becomes quite emotional talking about the dangers in London over knife crime, alongside elsewhere in the country.
