Puddle Lake Attempt #2 -Jeremy Tries Again for Brook Trout [GUEST POST]

This is a GUEST POST by Jeremy s [One Wildcrafter]. In this video he and his girlfriend are on a scouting mission to an unexplored lake we have called "Puddle Lake." It is deep in the Canadian North and has no trail or road access. It holds the promise of some unspoiled brook trout fishing. In his first mission Jeremy made it to within 1 km of the lake before running out of time. With some recent cold weather, Jeremy set out again in effort to reach the last of the hard water and drop a few test lines to scout the lake out for a spring trip. The video turns into quite the tracking expedition as he finds himself surrounded by active spring animals including martin, fox, grouse, beaver, otter, rabbit and mink. Looks like we will be mounting an expedition to "Puddle Lake" in late May so stay tuned to find out if all our effort pays off!
