Onions + Sausage = Win, and roasting the onions and sausages together help the flavours infuse beautifully, meaning the perfectly caramelised onions hold some that wonderful sausage flavour. Then there’s the mustard mayo. We know mustard goes well on a sausage sandwich, by why not add some creaminess in the form of vegan mayo too?
