Perform each exercise for 1 minute {30 seconds per leg/arm/side as needed}. Make this a quick, 8-minute workout or extend it into a 16 or 24 minute workout by repeating the entire circuit x 2-3 sets. All you need is a medium-to-heavy set of dumbbells to complete the mix of bodyweight and strength training exercises below. 1. Plank + Crescent Lunge + Toe Tap 2. 180 Rotating Lunges 3. Weighted Rocket Squats 4. Single Arm Squat Jump + Punch {30 seconds per arm} 5. Windmill {30 seconds per side} 6. Dumbbell Speed Skater 7. 3 Way Lunge {30 seconds per leg} 8. 2-Pulse Sumo Squat + Hop *Option to repeat entire circuit x 2-3 sets. **See video for complete workout and proper exercise form.
