This class will be a short yin yoga class to target the connective tissues and fascia of the body for deep relaxation. In yin yoga, poses are held for about 2-3 minutes per side. The intention is to relax our muscles and let ourselves sink into the pose. Yin yoga is also a fantastic style of yoga for flexibility.
