Jeep Electrical Gremlins! (Brake Lights, Radio, Rear Wiper)

This 2012 Jeep Liberty is in great shape, but is plagued by some Chrysler electrical gremlins. Owner says: -Brake lights are misbehaving, -Check Engine and ABS lights are on, -Radio does cuts out every 5 seconds, -Rear wiper sometimes will NOT shut off! Quite the list!
