The focus is to adjust the thumb by rotating the grip towards panhandle to perform these shots. Make sure to have the movement to the center after each stroke - this will be the most natural thing to do after each stroke. Feeding: 1 shuttle, the feeder plays the middle and the rear backhand corner, differently. Repeats: You should change after 2 minutes or maybe 4 mistakes. Do this a couple of times.
