The position of your feet and rotation in your upper body will be in focus Feeding: The feeder does 8-12 long forehand serves that lands minimum 1 meter from the object. Make sure to feed with different heights so the timing would be different. Repeats: Do this exercise 3-4 times and change every time you have taken a turn.
