Timing of your smash 2. Position of feet during smash 3. Rotation in your upper body ============================================================================== DESCRIPTION This exercise is meant to practice your ability to time your smash. You must find an object to jump from. Then there would be a serve that you have to smash on. You have to jump down from the object and exactly when you hit the ground you jump again to hit the shuttle. The impact with the shuttle must be at the highest point possible! First there will be a serve, then you jump, followed by the impact which ends with a smash. The position of your feet and rotation in your upper body will be in focus Feeding: The feeder does 8-12 long forehand serves that lands minimum 1 meter from the object. Make sure to feed with different heights so the timing would be different. Repeats: Do this exercise 3-4 times and change every time you have taken a turn.
