Join me for this One Dumbbell WALK & TONE Workout, and let s focus on abs and upper body today! This workout will target the entire core from a standing position leading to stronger muscles and a tighter waistline. Make sure you keep your abs contracted (pulled in) throughout this entire workout, and focus on feeling every exercise in the core! I`m using a 3 kg dumbbell in this workout. Please adjust your weight to your energy and fitness level! You`ll be engaging your entire upper body in the process, so get ready for a full upper body burn! I included both low and high impact cardio options so you can use this workout as a MISS or HIIT session.
