Mix everything together until you have a thick batter. Transfer batter into prepared baking dish. Flatten using a spatula or your hands until the oat mixture is evenly distributed and even on top. Chill for a couple of hours or until the oat bars have firmed up. Cut into 16 squares and enjoy! NOTES *If you do not have parchment paper, you can grease the pan with coconut oil or cooking spray.
