This 35-Minute Cardio Barre Class At Home pairs traditional barre exercises with cardio kickboxing intervals AND it s guaranteed to keep your heart rate high throughout the entire workout (without jumping) ❤️ This upbeat barre-boxing class will be sweaty and fun!
