JACKFRUIT BRISKET STEW

It’s been frosty in London the past few days 🥶 but it’s okay because we have the perfect warming meal to combat the cold! We teamed up with Kallo, (they make the tasty, high-quality stocks, rice cakes & breadsticks you see in supermarkets) to make this delicious Jackfruit Brisket Stew! Kallo want to encourage more people to eat more plants, which is exactly what we’re all about 🌿 We used their organic vegetable stock in this stew which helped give it a really rich depth of flavour 🤤 The jackfruit is a perfect replacement for beef, it’s got a really meaty texture and takes on the flavours perfectly! And we served it with some perfectly mashed, herby potatoes 😋 It really is the perfect comfort food!
