The once cold and drafty space was sinking due to structural complications, so after a four-month re-construction, it was ready for a designer s touch. See how a large sectional, stylish storage (made out of budget-friendly melamine) and black shiplap walls add interest to the TV area, while navy blue cabinetry and a spacious island in the kitchen area make hosting family and friends a breeze.
