How A Flywheel is Resurfaced

When replacing a clutch should you have the existing flywheel resurfaced or purchase new? It s important for the new clutch disc to sit flat and make good contact with the flywheel and pressure plate for proper operation. Original flywheels parts can be resurfaced or aftermarket parts are available at a reasonable price. Sometimes using aftermarket parts can sacrifice quality. In this video I discuss what I chose and why. It s important to get it right because nobody wants to have to pull out the transmission for a new part that fails.
