In this 15 minute meditation I will guide you to a place of peace by bringing your awareness to the breath and the sensations that arise with it. This simple meditation technique will bring you into the present moment. Your mind and body will slow down so that you can become aware of and appreciate the little things in life. I finish the meditation by inviting you to set an intention for the rest of the day/week so that you reconnect to your purpose and move through your day guided by your intention. I hope this meditation leaves you feeling ready for the day ahead.
