Breakdown: 1 no repeat HIIT circuit 45s work + 15 sec rest 1 no repeat Ab circuit 30s work + 10s rest Equipment Needed: dumbbells + exercise mat or other soft surface. *Dumbbells are always optional. You can add them or remove them from any exercise. You do you! :) Choose a weight that is challenging but allows you to perform each movement with control and correct form.
